Order times vary by what type of item is selected - the more intricate the personalization, the longer it may take to get your item together, and what shipping method is selected. USPS services are the preferred method, but requests for UPS shipping can be accomodated!
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We offer personalized item made to customer specification. Returns for exchanges are an intragal part of our customer service policy, and we will happily exchange any item for a replacement of the same type when an error is made on our part, or with a small re-printing fee when there are other issues. Returns for refund are not accepted.
As orders placed are all hand made, cancellations will only be accepted if submitted immediately. We suggest calling us (Niki) at 520-403-0230 as soom as possible to verify that the item or items have not already been created.
